The conference builds on previous LCA-Food conferences in Brussels (1996, 1998) and in Gothenburg (2001). The Danish Institute of Agricultural Sciences has the main responsibility with support from 2.-0 LCA consultants, UNEP, Vito and SIK.

 We invite international participants representing a wide array of interests in LCA, from the food-industry, consumer organisations, retailers, distributers, consultancy, research institutions and policy.

The conference will allow users of LCA in the food sector to exchange experiences regarding the benefits for improved decision making.
